Directions:
Place the amount of gel per tooth to be about the size of a match head. Be sure there is not excess gel on the gums; remove excess with your finger or a cotton swab. Test for sensitivity with your first treatment by leaving the gel on only a maximum of 1 hour. If you do not experience sensitivity then with your following treatments, the gel may be left on for 1-2 hours per day for 14 days or every other day. You may do the whitening every other day or skip a day if you feel sensitivity. You may leave the gel on overnight around the 7 to 10th day as long as you are not feeling sensitivity, the whitening solution stops working after 3-4 hours. Clean Trays with cold or warm water, never hot water. You may use toothbrush and toothpaste to clean trays. Wipe out thoroughly with dry cloth Refrain from drinking with trays in, if you must use a straw- but it is best to wait till after the treatment is finished. Do not drink or eat anything for ½ hour after whitening, the pores in the teeth are still open and certain foods or drinks may cause staining. Store gel in refrigerator to maintain strength.
