Ingredients · 1 cup sugar · 1 cup flour · 2 teaspoons baking powder · 4 Dashes of sea salt · ¾ cup milk · ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted · Brown sugar · Cinnamon · fresh peaches, diced   Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Put 1 teaspoon of melted butter into each regular size muffin tin. I used muffin paper liners and put the butter in the liners inside the pan. 3. With a wooden spoon or mixer stir together the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk, just till mixed. 4. Put ¼ C of batter into each muffin tin. 5. Add 1 tablespoon.

Sugar Cookie Bars (for valentines I use the heart shaped cupcake sprinkles and the valentine nonpareil)         Ingredients Bars: 1 cup butter, softened 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 3 1/2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt Optional (1 1/2 cups finely chopped Hershey’s candy cane kisses, about 45 kisses) or sprinkle seasonal sprinkles or other cupcake toppings into batter before spreading on cookie sheet Optional (1/8 tsp of mint flavoring)   Frosting: 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter, softened 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2-3 Tablespoons milk (optional) finely chopped Hershey’s candy cane kisses.

Cinnamon Butter Mints 9 cups confectioners sugar 1 cup butter, softened 5 tablespoons (half n half) cream 1/4 teaspoon+2 drops cinnamon candy oil flavoring food coloring Line a baking sheet with parchment. In a bowl with a paddle attachment combine confectioners sugar, butter, cream and cinnamon extract. Mix until it forms a ball. Divide the dough into 3 or 4 portions and form each one into a ball. To color mixture add (one drop liquid food coloring) or a tiny bit of gel color into one portion, kneading into dough evenly. Continue adding more coloring until desired shade.  Repeat using a different color for each remaining portion. To get the.
