Our Cancellation Policy at New Image Day Spa is as directed, in order to provide the best service possible and allow for our other clients to have the opportunity to have a spa appointment. Please give at least 4 hours notice to change, reschedule or cancel your spa service(s), preferably 24 hours. No-Shows, or late cancellations will be billed for half the amount of the services reserved or a minimum of $30 per service.
In the event that you have a group or spa party, to avoid a cancellation fee we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.
All appointments will be secured with pre-payment or a Credit Card. Please note that our front desk staff does not have access to the credit card number once it is in our system and we guarantee this security. We accept all major credit cards and cash, we do not accept checks.
