Health & Contraindications

Massage and body treatments are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Guests are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to injuries, pregnancies, recent surgeries, skin sensitivities, medications, or other health concerns prior to their appointment.

If a contraindication is discovered at the time of service that prevents the treatment from being safely performed, 50% of the service fee will be charged to account for reserved time and therapist availability.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Our spa maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, sexual comments, gestures, advances, requests, or any behavior that makes our therapists or staff uncomfortable.

If inappropriate behavior occurs, the session will be immediately terminated, and the full service fee will be charged. Guests engaging in inappropriate behavior may also be refused future services at our discretion.

Minor Policy

Guests under the age of 18 are considered minors.

Minors may only receive massage or body treatments when a parent or legal guardian is present on-site and receiving a service simultaneously. When applicable, the parent or guardian must be in the same treatment room or suite as the minor.

A signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian is required prior to the appointment.

The parent or guardian must remain available for the entire duration of the service.

Certain treatments may be restricted based on age, health history, or therapist discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse services to minors if these requirements are not met.

Maternity Policy

Massage and body treatments during pregnancy are offered with the utmost care and consideration for both parent and baby.

• Pregnancy massage is only available after the first trimester (13 weeks).
• Guests who are pregnant must disclose their pregnancy at the time of booking and prior to the service.
• A signed prenatal consent form is required before treatment.
• Services will be modified using appropriate positioning, pressure, and techniques to ensure comfort and safety.
• Certain treatments, modalities, and enhancements may be restricted during pregnancy at the therapist’s discretion.
• Guests experiencing high-risk pregnancies, including but not limited to preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, placenta previa, severe swelling, or other medical complications, may be required to provide written medical clearance from their healthcare provider prior to receiving services.
   

We reserve the right to decline or modify services if pregnancy-related contraindications are present or if required disclosures are not made.

Late Arrival & Cancellation Awareness

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time in order to accommodate scheduled appointments. Full service pricing applies regardless of shortened service duration.

Client Responsibility & Agreement

By booking a massage or body treatment, guests acknowledge and agree to all spa policies and confirm that the health information they provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
