Cancellation & No Refund Policy

At New Image Day & Med Spa, we take pride in delivering exceptional service through a highly trained and committed team. To respect the time and livelihood of our professionals and the integrity of our booked schedule, we have implemented a strict cancellation and no refund policy:

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, regardless of the reason.
  • This policy applies to all appointments, no exceptions.
  • Our estheticians, massage therapists, and providers are commission-based employees, and last-minute cancellations directly impact their earnings and our business operations.

No-Shows

  • Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of the service total.

No Refunds

  • All services, deposits, and purchases are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, service payments, gift cards, and promotional packages.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to reach out within 24 hours so we can review your experience and support you in the best way possible.
