Purchase a Gift Certificate

Please note a few things to make your shopping experience better.

1) Please be sure to select the shipping method to indicate how you would like the certificate sent to you. If you do not select shipping, it will default to “Pick Up at Spa”.

2) We have different ways of getting the certificate to you or the person you are buying it for. Please select the shipping method that you wish to have the certificate delivered. If you “create a spa account”, the certificate will not be mailed out. If you select the shipping method of “picking up at the spa”- it must be picked up within 3 days and our system will ask that you choose a date to pick it up.

3) If you are in need of a quick gift, please select “email” for the shipping option. We  process the gift cards at the end of business each day. We are able to provide the email gift certificate sooner upon request. Gift Certificates are not automatically generated. We create them with each order.

4) For “picking up at the spa” or shipping by mail, we need a minimum of 24 hours. If you need to pick it up at the spa sooner, please call the spa and purchase it over the phone. 

5) Please provide Name, Phone Number and Email address of the person we need to make the certificate out to. We want to be sure that we have as much information as possible to ensure the certificate is made out to the correct person and sent to the correct email or mailing address. If you are trying to use a different address for the purchase and shipping, please un-check the box that says “Use same address” for purchase address and shipping address.

6) All Gift Certificate Sales are final. They may be transferred into another persons name if desired.

7) All Gift Certificates do expire 1 year from date of purchase. Expiration may be extended with a fee of 20% of the original value each year extended, not to exceed 5 years. See details about the policy here.
