Expiration Period: This gift card is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the card will no longer be valid for use.
Inactivity Fee: An annual inactivity fee of 20% of the total card value will be charged for each year of inactivity, starting from the end of the first year following the card’s activation.
Non-Transferable: This gift card is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser or recipient.
No Cash Redemption: This gift card is not redeemable for cash, and any unused balance after the expiration date or as a result of inactivity fees will not be refunded.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to safeguard the gift card.
Compliance with Applicable Laws: The use of this gift card and e-gift is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
