Appointments can be booked online through our website or by calling us at 801-475-7733. Online booking is encouraged for the fastest and most accurate scheduling.

During your first visit, you will complete a brief intake form so we can understand your goals, health history, and preferences. You will then change into a robe and slippers and relax in our relaxation room until your provider escorts you to your treatment. Your provider will review your intake form, discuss your goals, and customize your service to ensure safe, effective, and personalized results. After your treatment, you will be welcomed back to the relaxation room to unwind before departure.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. There are no exceptions to this policy, as it allows us to respect our providers’ time and accommodate other clients.

No. We do not offer acrylic or hard gel nail services. Our focus is on natural nail care and spa-based nail treatments only.

No. We are unable to remove acrylic or hard gel nails at this time. Please have them professionally removed prior to booking a nail service with us.

Maternity services are available with safety as our top priority. Some treatments may require physician approval, especially during the first trimester. Please contact us if you are pregnant so we can guide you toward appropriate services.

All services and products are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact us so we can address them promptly and appropriately.

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, children are not permitted in treatment rooms. Children receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
