Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. There are no exceptions to this policy, as it allows us to respect our providers’ time and accommodate other clients.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments. Full service pricing will still apply.

All services are non-refundable. If you have concerns regarding your experience, please contact us so we may address them appropriately.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, pregnancy status, and skin conditions prior to treatment. Some services may not be appropriate for all clients and may require medical clearance.

Maternity services are available with safety as our top priority. Certain treatments may require physician approval, particularly during the first trimester. Please notify us if you are pregnant so we can guide you to appropriate services.

To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, children are not permitted in treatment rooms unless they are receiving a service. Children receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

We do not offer acrylic or hard gel nail services and do not remove acrylic or hard gel nails. Please have these removed prior to booking nail services.

For the safety and comfort of our clients and staff, New Image Day & Med Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason, including contraindications, inappropriate behavior, or failure to disclose medical information.

We kindly ask guests to silence mobile devices and respect the tranquil environment of the spa. Disruptive behavior may result in service termination.

New Image Day & Med Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please leave valuables at home.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift cards may be used toward services and retail products unless otherwise specified. 
• Promotional or discounted gift cards may have additional terms, restrictions, or expiration dates, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards must be presented at the time of service to be redeemed.
• Gift cards cannot be applied to previously completed services or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• New Image Day & Med Spa is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift cards.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all spa policies.
