Spring Special Terms and Conditions

Valid from: March 1st to May 31st
Spring Special offers are valid only during the promotional period and must be purchased and redeemed by the stated expiration date. All promotional purchases are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. A valid credit card will be required to book, and our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies; late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the promotional service. Gratuity is not included and will be calculated based on the original service value where applicable. Packages must be used by the expiration date and may not be split unless specified. A consultation may be required for certain treatments, and if a client is deemed medically ineligible, a service credit (not refund) will be issued. Promotions are valid only with select providers, limited appointment availability, and blackout dates may apply. New Image Day & Med Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time to maintain quality and fairness for all guests.
